Terms & Conditions

Only the Renter or another driver approved by JimnyRent may drive the vehicle. A valid driving licence accepted in Georgia is required.

Refundable deposits are not part of the rental price. They are collected at handover and returned after the rental, subject to these terms.

Any insurance coverage is subject to the applicable policy terms, exclusions and conditions provided to the Renter.

The vehicle must be used responsibly and in accordance with Georgian law. Racing, reckless driving, driving under the influence, illegal use and unauthorized cross-border travel are prohibited.

If the vehicle is an Off-Road / Prepared Jimny, reasonable use on unpaved, gravel and mountain roads is permitted. The Renter must avoid terrain or water crossings that create an unreasonable risk of damage.

The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time and location, with the agreed fuel level (Full to Full unless otherwise stated).

The Renter is responsible for traffic/parking fines, missing equipment, abnormal cleaning, and damage or recovery costs for which the Renter is legally responsible and which are not covered by the selected insurance option.

In case of accident, damage, theft, breakdown, tire/wheel damage or the vehicle becoming immobilized, the Renter must stop safely and contact JimnyRent as soon as possible. Where required, the Renter must contact the police/appropriate authorities and provide photos and relevant information. Major repairs must not be authorized without JimnyRent approval except where immediately necessary for safety.

Existing damage, fuel level, mileage and supplied equipment are recorded in the Handover / Return Checklist and/or photographs. The Renter and JimnyRent may photograph the vehicle at pickup and return. Normal wear is not treated as chargeable damage.

Rental charges and refundable deposits must be settled before the vehicle is handed over. Available payment methods may vary. Refundable deposits are collected at vehicle handover and returned after the rental, subject to the rental terms.

This Agreement is governed by Georgian law. By signing, the Renter accepts these rental terms and confirms the selected insurance/deposit option.
