The expedition is designed as a progressive self-drive experience. The program begins with arrival, cultural orientation and vehicle familiarization before developing through increasingly demanding mountain and off-road stages.
Participants travel in a guided convoy, driving Suzuki Jimnys themselves while the local team manages route control, convoy pacing and operational support.

The group arrives in Tbilisi and begins the journey with an introduction to Georgia and the local team. The Old Tbilisi program provides a cultural opening and arrival buffer before vehicle operations begin.

Tbilisi → Chili Lake → Tbilisi
Vehicle allocation, controls briefing, safety procedures and convoy protocol are followed by a progressive 4×4 skills session near Tbilisi. This stage allows the local team to assess driver confidence and prepare the group for the longer expedition stages.

The first full expedition stage crosses the Trialeti highlands and sections associated with historic military routes. The Didgori Battle Memorial provides a strong cultural anchor before remote tracks and the descent toward Gori.
